Managing myself and others…

Usually when I work with small print and digital project I manage my own time and I have all the communication with the client. I have a high standard and a professional approach to all my tasks.

 

My old employer used my understanding and knowledge of the design process and digital medias and put me in a role as a Digital Producer as well as Designer/Art Director on digital projects. I have since worked with a broad range of projects and is confident when it comes to leading a team. When I managed the digital projects I set up budgets, was responsible for time management, booking meeting, contact with the client, using project management software (base camp), setting up milestones and assigning tasks to the rest of the team.
